WE PREFER BOOKINGS TO BE MADE USING THE ON LINE BOOKING SYSTEM

Making a booking

Bookings are made through the links available for each event.

1. From the event click on the button marked 'Dates/Booking'
2. Complete the form titled 'Order your tickets'.
3. Click button marked 'Process'.
4. The next screen will take you to the choice of paying through paypal or downloading an invoice.

All bookings assume that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

Invoices

If you require an invoice for your organsiation you can generate one through a link available from each event. Invoices will not be issued in the 2 weeks prior to an event.

To request a manually generated invoice download the form below please send a request to the following email address finance@my-incite.co.uk giving the following details:

• name of the person to whom the invoice should be addressed.
• the name and address of the organisation to whom the invoice will go.
• The names and email addresses of the attendees.

If a manually generated invoice is requested INCITE reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £50 per booking.
