OUR TERMS AND CONDITION
Our terms and conditions that are binding for all events. Making a booking assumes that you have read and accepted them.
Payment
Payment must be made in full no later than 21 days after the booking is made. This applies to all payments including those that will be made by organisations through an invoicing system.
Payment must be made in full before the course begins or admittance will be refused. We reserve the right to reallocate the course place to another applicant if payment is not made in time.
Invoicing
We are are able to produce invoices for payment by your organisation. However please note the following:
* The applicant requesting the invoice will be responsible for ensuring that the invoice is correctly addressed as per the regulations of their organisation.
* The applicant will be responsible for ensuring that, where needed, they have obtained a purchase order number from their organisation.
* The applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the invoice is sent to the correct person in their organisation who will authorise and make payment on time.
* We will not allow admission to the Course for those applicants who, for whatever reason, have not paid.
* If the Course does not sell out, the invoice is not settled and the applicant does not attend, the invoice will be treated as a reservation and the cancellation policy will be applied.
If another invoice is subsequently requested INCITE reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £70. When an invoice is settled INCITE will issue a receipt that acts as proof of purchase and admission to the course.
INCITE will not issue reminders for payment and the place will not be reserved until full payment is received.If there are still places available admission will be possible after payment at reception.
Transferring courses
I
f you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date there will be a 20% administration charge.This option only applies when there is an available space on a future course, and payment must be received before the transfer will take place.Additionally this option only applies to delegates wishing to transfer to a different date on the same course. The option to transfer delegates can only be used once, after which any movement will be considered a cancellation and any outstanding invoices will remain due.
Substituting delgates
If you wish to transfer a place on a course to another delgate the first change is free and thereafter there will be a 20% administration charge.
Cancelling Courses
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course
• 28+ working days prior to the event - 20%
• 1-28 working days prior to the event -100% Cancellations must be received in writing or via email to
admin@my-incite.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details and invoice/receipt numberINCITE Training & Consultation reserves the right to change the conference content, timing, speakers or venue without notice.
